-Attend to showroom walk-in customers, provide product consultation, prepare quotations and close sales.

-Maintain showroom appearance and coordinate with internal teams for delivery and order follow-up.

-Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales target.

-Provide excellent customer and maintain high customer satisfaction.

-Ensure showroom cleanliness and product displays standards are constantly met.

-Accurately prepare and follow up on quotations and sales order.

-Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.

-Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and escalate when necessary.

-Assist in stock checks and sample Managements.

-Support marketing and promotional activities as required.

-Ensure timely coordination with logistic and warehouse for delivery arrangements.

-Maintain proper documentation and records of all customer transactions.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in and repeat customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
