We aggregate global hotel and flight content into a sleek OBT (Online Booking Tool) designed for corporate travel, backed by our cutting-edge GDS vision and integrated with global suppliers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Malaysia. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining phone etiquette. They will also play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Able to handle 24/7 rotation shift work (including weekends)

Qualifications

  • Travel Consultant, Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
  • Ability to provide excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a requirement as you will be communicating with colleagues/clients based overseas.
  • Additional fluency in other languages in a plus
  • KPI driven role with attractive commission + base
