Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Consultant to join our Consulting Services team. This role is ideal for professionals with over 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital transformation domains.

As a Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering technology projects, providing expert-level guidance to clients, and contributing to solution development, execution strategies, and governance advisory.

This opportunity is suited for individuals with strong technical expertise, relevant industry certifications, and a desire to take on greater ownership of client engagements and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute project workstreams involving solution design, implementation, migration, and documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in assigned domain areas.
  • Develop and review project proposals, technical design documents, reports, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, define architecture, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on project tasks and best practices.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge repositories, reusable assets, and practice development initiatives.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer engagements with clients.
  • Stay abreast of technology trends and proactively recommend improvements or innovations to clients.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technology consulting, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or related domains.
  • Strong experience in client engagement, solution delivery, and technical project management.

  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas, supported by industry certifications:

  • Microsoft cloud and productivity ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender)

  • Cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, hybrid environments)
  • Cybersecurity and identity governance (e.g., identity protection, zero trust, SIEM/SOAR)
  • Infrastructure automation and deployment (e.g., PowerShell, Terraform, SCCM, SCOM)
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance considerations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content into business value.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and manage change impact.

Preferred Certifications (At least one or more):

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect / Security Engineer / Entra ID / Endpoint Administrator
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent
  • Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or similar
  • ITIL v4 Foundation or Practitioner
