We're looking for an experienced
MongoDB DBA
to support and scale mission-critical database environments.

What You'll Do:


• Manage and optimize MongoDB clusters (Replica Sets & Sharding)


• Handle performance tuning, indexing, and monitoring (Ops Manager, Prometheus, Grafana)


• Implement backup, recovery, and security best practices


• Perform upgrades, patching, and automation (Shell/Python/Ansible)


• Support Oracle DB (secondary) when needed


• Work on migrations from Oracle/SQL Server to MongoDB


• Provide 24x7 support for production environments

What You Bring:


• 4–5+ years hands-on MongoDB administration


• Strong knowledge of HA architecture, clustering, and scalability


• Experience with Linux (RHEL/OEL) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)


• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps workflows


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
