Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Damansara for a Sales Advisor - Perodua. As a Sales Advisor, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide them with detailed information about Perodua's vehicle lineup. Your responsibilities include guiding customers through the purchase process, maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and occasionally supporting product training sessions. You will play a key role in representing the Perodua brand and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Proficiency in customer service and the ability to provide exceptional support
  • Sales skills with a focus on meeting targets and achieving goals
  • Experience in training or knowledge sharing is an advantage
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or sales is a plus
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification
