We are seeking a Power BI Support Consultant.

This role is dedicated to providing ongoing support and maintenance for Power BI solutions, ensuring law firms and their staff can effectively utilise business intelligence tools for their reporting needs. The Power BI Support Consultant will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and assisting users with Power BI-related queries.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and related Azure services.
  • Respond to user queries and assist with Power BI functionality and best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain Power BI solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Document support cases, solutions, and common issues for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the Power BI team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Deliver user training and create support materials as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Power BI updates and features.
Desired skills and experience:
  • Experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
  • Familiarity with DAX and Power Query M.
  • Basic experience with Azure Services and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
