Overview:

Seeking a strategic and forward-thinking CTO to drive the company's transformation into an AI-native enterprise. Reporting to the CEO, this executive will define the technology vision, lead AI strategy, and build a high-performing engineering team to scale innovation and product excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's AI and technology strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the creation of AI-based 3D reconstruction and computer vision solutions.
  • Build and mentor a strong engineering and AI team, fostering innovation and growth.
  • Partner with product and commercial teams to align technology with business outcomes.
  • Oversee data, cloud, and MLOps infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Manage key vendors, partners, and investors from a technical standpoint.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years in technology leadership, with 5+ years in AI/ML or data-focused initiatives.
  • Proven track record in AI-native product development, ideally in 3D or computer vision.
  • Strong experience in team scaling, transformation projects, and strategic execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and business acumen.
