Project Supervisor (Construction / M&E / ACMV)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to schedule and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth site operations.
  • Assist in supervising M&E/ACMV-related works such as basic mechanical installations, piping, ducting, equipment placement, and general building services.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Attend site meetings, handle permits/access, and update the Project/Site Manager regularly.
  • Manage site logistics, housekeeping, and material delivery.
  • Prepare daily site reports, documentation, and assist with as-built updates.
  • Support testing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of site issues.
  • (Optional) Assist with quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and costing for proposals.

Requirements:

  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Building Services, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of site supervision experience (construction or M&E).
  • Basic understanding of M&E/ACMV works is an advantage.
  • Able to read drawings and coordinate site activities.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and safety-focused.
