JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Monitoring email from principle & client and advise at soonest.
- Create Vessel Registration & SCN using MMSW System.
- Update info in terminal system (ETP & CAS2 System).
- Updating team & management if any circular.
- Updating berthing prospect to principle & master via email.
- Updating management & principle on any related circular sent by terminal, authorities & others.
- Finalise data/info & update related in ICON+ system.
- Provide info such as discharge list, EDI data & other related info to principle & master.
- Preparing terminal departure reports.
- Monitoring email.
JOB RECRUITMENT
- Preferably female candidate
- At least 1-2 years' experience in vessel operations
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Preferably SPM/Diploma holder
- Good command in English - both written and spoken.
- Computer skills - experience with MS office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
