SPECIAL EDUCATION NEEDS (SEN) TEACHER

Location: Bright Berries, Taman Melati Utama, 53100 Kuala Lumpur

Salary: RM 2,000 - Rm2,500 (based on qualification and experiences)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to children with learning, behavioural, and developmental difficulties.
  • Create and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student.
  • Use structured play, therapeutic methods, and engaging activities to promote learning.
  • Work closely with parents, teachers, and therapists to track student development.
  • Foster independence, social skills, and self-care abilities among students.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports for all assigned students.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related disciplines.
  • Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, or developmental delays is an added advantage.
  • Compassionate, positive, and able to work effectively in a team environment with a clear understanding of SEN responsibilities.
  • Responsible, motivated, and capable of inspiring and engaging children.
  • Adaptable and able to respond to various student behaviours and needs.
  • Self-driven, team-oriented, and committed to children's well-being.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Melayu.

Working Days/Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (5 days)
  • 7.45 AM – 5.30 PM
