About the role

Channarong Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Bachok Kelantan. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail store. This is a full-time position that will involve overseeing day-to-day store activities, managing a team of sales associates, and providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates to ensure store targets are met
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and store presentation
  3. Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
  4. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales associates
  5. Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
  7. Collaborate with the management team to implement strategic initiatives and drive business growth

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role
  2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a great shopping experience
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  6. Good communication and organisational skills
  7. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings and weekends as needed
