As a QC Planner Assistant, you will support the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Conduct routine QC checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Assist in QA activities, including documentation, compliance checks, and preparing audit materials.
  • Assign daily QC/QA tasks to operators or technicians based on production plans.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely sampling and testing.
  • Monitor QC schedules and update planners on testing progress.
  • Record and report any non-compliance or deviations.
  • Help maintain proper filing and documentation of QC and QA records.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality management.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of QC/QA processes in manufacturing (food/pharma preferred).
  • Good communication, organization, and planning skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle daily coordination.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow SOPs diligently. Benefits
