Job Descriptions:

  • Establish and maintain good rapport with existing and new customers by understanding customers' needs with active follow-ups and response.
  • Identify, explore and develop new business opportunities to expand market coverage.
  • Analyse market development including competitor information and trends in order to effectively build business strategies.
  • Monitor latest development and challenges in each market segments and update the Management accordingly.
  • Achieve sales target through proper planning of sales activities i.e. sales visits and sales calls.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process.
  • Expand market awareness of Company's products and services by actively conducting presentations and discussions with current and potential clients.
  • Maintain high levels of technical and sales knowledge by keeping updated with latest technology and development of products.
  • Prepare and submit customer visit and sales reports on a monthly basis to the Management.
  • To be exposed to different manufacturing processes from various industries as well as the opportunity to handle support and training request from customer.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and challenges.
  • To analyze customer's data and providing guidance and recommendation to improve or optimize their system by integrating our product.
  • To carry out calculation and simulation to identify and illustrate the potential improvement of our product.
  • Supporting the installation, configuration and integration of our products with relevant systems and technologies at customer's site.
  • Understand the latest technology and market trend and then utilizing it for potential integration with our product.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess drive and enthusiasm towards achievement of sales target.
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
