What you'll be doing?
  • Achieve Production Goals: Work towards meeting and exceeding heat treatment production targets, ensuring productivity and quality yield.
  • Quality and Process Management: Handle quality, scrap, audits, and visits, ensuring adherence to standards and continuous improvement.
  • Equipment and Process Development: Manage heat treatment equipment, implement TPM, and develop new products and processes.
  • Communication and Relationship Management: Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers regarding heat treatment technologies, fostering strong relationships.
  • Maintenance and Spare Parts: Oversee heat treatment maintenance and manage spare parts, ensuring smooth operations.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: A Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent is required. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the heat treatment field is preferred.
  • Skills and Attributes: Good communication, leadership, and people-management skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Chinese is preferred to facilitate communication with China-based customers and suppliers.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently, taking initiative and responsibility for tasks.
