We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protégé who is enthusiastic about Oil and Gas operations focus on reviewing, updating, and maintaining quality assurance and audit documents. You'll collaborate closely with our to execute initiatives, collect data, and assist with audits. This role offers hands-on involvement in ongoing and upcoming projects within our organization.

We are immediately fresh graduate to be our VTS (Velesto Trainee Scheme) Protégé for
Quality
under
QHSE Division
joining us as early in December 2025.

Job Responsibility:-

  • Assist Quality Department in reviewing and maintaining quality assurance and audit documents within the Synergi system, collect and analyze service quality data to support continuous improvement, collaborate with the QHSE & BPI (Business Process Improvement) team to enhance Velesto's processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and participate in training sessions to develop a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance methodologies and industry best practices
  • Document Review and Maintenance: Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining quality assurance documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in Synergi
  • Audit Document Maintenance: Assist in updating and maintaining internal and external audit documents in Synergi
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to service quality and process performance, and assist in preparing reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the QHSE & BPI team to identify areas for improvement in Velesto processes and assist in implementing solutions to enhance process quality.
  • Compliance Support: Support the quality department in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
  • Training Participation: Engage in training sessions to develop a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance methodologies and industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements:-

  • Fresh graduate with Bachelor Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, IT, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Proficient use in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva
  • Experience preparing slide presentations.
  • Analytical Skills, IT Proficiency, Team Collaboration and Adaptability
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Can work at our office located in Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Local graduates are encouraged to apply
  • CGPA 3.0 and above
  • 26 years old and below
