We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protégé who is enthusiastic about oil and gas operations through Module Development, Training Coordination and Sales & Marketing portfolio. You'll collaborate closely with our Velesto Academy (VAD) team to execute initiatives, collect data, and assist with marketing campaign. This role offers hands-on involvement in ongoing and upcoming projects within our organization.

We are immediately hiring fresh graduate to be our VTS (Velesto Trainee Scheme) Protégé for
Velesto Academy
joining us in December 2025.

Job Responsibility:-

• Support in preparing the quotation and business proposal.
• Ensure all supporting documents, paperwork required to deliver are complete in timely manner as per contract/proposal requirements.
• To update VAD sales and marketing materials.
• To support classroom/course delivery management.

Minimum Requirements
:-

• Fresh graduates with Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Engineering or any equivalent with strong interest in business development & marketing operations.
• Marketing talent with strong skills in social media and creative content creation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good planning and coordination skills
• Display enthusiasm for learning and collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa
• Can work at our main office in Plaza Sentral, KL (opposite to KL Sentral).
• Must currently unemployed.
• 26 years old and below.
