Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, implement, and maintain the company's QMS for ISO compliance.
  • Develop QA processes, SOPs, and inspection standards for incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality control.
  • Act as QMR, coordinating with certification bodies and supporting ISO/IATF audits.
  • Develop product quality standards and testing criteria, ensuring compliance with industry requirements and customer expectations.
  • Manage supplier quality, including material qualification, evaluation, and incoming quality specifications.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on quality processes and standards to establish an effective quality culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a relevant field).
  • At least 5 years of QA experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing with exposure to QMS.
  • Hands-on experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, IPC standards, and related quality systems, including QMS implementation, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, listening, and writing) for reporting and presentations; Mandarin proficiency preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
