Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal audits and corrective actions to ensure the quality system meets ISO/IATF requirements.
  • Take full responsibility for customer audits, including preparation, audit support, and closing audit findings on time.
  • Review quality data, non-conformance reports, and customer complaints to identify root causes and improve processes.
  • Control and maintain quality documents, change records, and traceability in accordance with QMS requirements.
  • Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to solve quality issues and improve product quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a relevant field).
  • At least 3 years of QA experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing with exposure to QMS.
  • Hands-on experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, IPC standards, and related quality systems, including QMS implementation, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, listening, and writing) for reporting and presentations; Mandarin skills are a plus for client communication.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
