About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Executive, Asset Management to join our Property & Development team at Pizza Hut Malaysia. This role supports the team in managing tenancy agreements, rental negotiations, and property-related matters to ensure smooth operations across our outlets nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Asset Management team in ensuring efficient tenancy management and adherence to company SOPs.
  • Manage tenancy renewals — including rent negotiations, renewal notices, and coordination with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • Prepare rental analyses and proposals for management approval.
  • Serve as the main liaison with landlords for rental, maintenance, and tenancy matters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve outlet-related property issues promptly.
  • Support initiatives for rental cost optimization and improved tenancy structures.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management on tenancy progress and performance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate Management, Property Management, Land Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in real estate, property, or F&B industry is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with good analytical thinking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable preparing reports and presentations.
  • Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
