Job Description

• Do loading work and pest control to ensure goods are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
• Check and maintain forklifts and other machines to avoid breakdowns.
• Prepare reports and keep records correctly and on time.
• Load containers based on the given plan.
• Monitor goods arrangement (re-palletizing) to make sure the correct item codes (SKU) and quantities are used.
• Check all incoming Finished Goods and packaging materials from suppliers.
• Do daily stock checks to ensure physical stock and system (JDE) quantities match.
• Use the JDE system to confirm deliveries when the admin is not available.
• Make sure the FIFO (First In, First Out) system is followed for Finished Goods.
• Handle Non-Conformance stock, plan with the production team, and update supervisors on stock levels.
• Help team members when they are not available.
• Follow HACCP rules and take part in food safety activities.

Qualifications

• SPM/Certificates in warehouse or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in Warehouse.
• Able to drive a forklift. Having a valid forklift license is an added advantage.
• Positive work attitude.
