Job Responsibilities:

  • To set up and operate CNC Auto Lathe Machine.
  • To set up, adjust and operate all the basic machine tools & parts.
  • Intermediate knowledge of cutting tools and other accessories used on CNC machines.
  • Can read/edit NC Programming and also understand in M-Code and G-Code is a bonus
  • To understand the specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading mechanical drawings.
  • Understand product drawings and can produce parts from drawings.
  • Measure and verify that products meet specifications using precision tools
  • Utilize measuring equipment used in the industry such as calipers, micrometers, height gage and other measuring equipment needed to complete work.
  • Able to adjust machine processes and tooling to optimize cycle time and maintain process control as well as CNC editing on shop floor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in CNC Auto-lathe machine
  • Independent and able to work under a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to communicate in English (both written and oral) as it relates to the job

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
