What you'll be doing?
  • Project Oversight: Guide the overall execution of projects, ensuring technical excellence and smooth progress.
  • Scope & Planning: Define and manage project parameters, including budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • Site Management: Identify and resolve discrepancies between tender documents and actual site conditions.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively assess and address potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Budget Analysis: Estimate risk/change budgets and effectively communicate impacts to top management.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Manage expectations and align various stakeholders on necessary project changes.
  • Change Control: Implement and oversee project changes, ensuring corrective actions are taken when needed.
  • Project Delivery: Drive timely and cost-effective completion of projects while meeting all requirements.
  • Handover Process: Supervise project handover, ensuring all deliverables are completed and properly signed off.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure project profitability.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Holders of a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Industry Experience: Individuals with at least 8 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with various stakeholders.
  • Work Schedule: Candidates comfortable with a work week extending beyond 5 days.
  • Seniority Level: Senior-level professionals ready to take on a leadership role.
