Job Description

• Lead end-to-end data center projects from concept to handover.
• Define scope, goals, and success criteria aligned with business needs.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across teams and vendors.
• Ensure technical designs meet performance and compliance standards.
• Oversee feasibility studies and design validation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (Uptime, TIA-942, ASHRAE).
• Develop procurement strategies and manage vendor contracts.
• Ensure timely delivery of critical infrastructure components.
• Supervise construction, ensuring safety, quality, and progress tracking.
• Oversee commissioning and testing of systems for operational readiness.
• Manage FAT, SAT, system start-up, and final handover.
• Provide post-construction support and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or relevant experience
• 15 years of experience in construction and development, managing large scale projects such as data centers
• Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams
• Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, data center infrastructure, and industry best practices
