Position Overview

The position will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently while ensuring alignment with company goals, client expectations, and quality standards. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.

· Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.

· Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

· Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

· Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client requirements.

· Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients.

· Drive process improvements and contribute to organizational project management best practices.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).

· 3–8 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within IT, consulting, or business solutions sectors.

· Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).

· Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).

· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

· PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an added advantage.

· Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.

· Can speak Chinese/mandarin is an advantage.
