Responsibilities:

· Diagnose and repair sheet metal machines as well as metal cutting machines

· Providing on-site service support to customers including installation, commissioning and warranty service of equipment.

· Good coordination and understanding with sales and logistic department in order to improve customers' satisfaction.

· Forecasting and ensuring on-time availability of spare parts for the requested service activities at customer's site.

· Report duty to manager.

Requirements:

  • Possession of Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Attractive remuneration package such as commission, bonus, insurance and other good benefits.
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport.
  • On job training will be provided. Opportunities for overseas enhanced training at manufacturer's facilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills, self initiative, self-motivated, positive thinking, independent, and committed.
  • Team player with good communication with colleagues.
  • Able to speak Chinese and English.
  • Computer literated and knowledge in CAD/CAM is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 1-3 years working experience in relevant field will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM6,000.00 per month
