About the role

Pegacorn Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and enthusiastic MIS Intern to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. As an MIS Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Management Information Systems (MIS) function, contributing to the effective operations and strategic development of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of our MIS systems and infrastructure
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our internal users
  • Participate in the analysis and documentation of MIS-related processes and procedures
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of MIS-related reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address MIS-related challenges
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in MIS

What we're looking for

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of Management Information Systems and their applications
  • Familiarity with database management, data analysis, and reporting tools
