Job Summary

As a Store Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal product visibility, display execution, and brand presentation at retail stores. You will play a key role in maintaining store standards, implementing trade marketing strategies, and driving sales performance through effective merchandising and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure product displays are aligned with brand guidelines and promotional strategies.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising standards, stock levels, and shelf presence.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute planograms, promotional setups, and new product launches.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and in-store promotions to provide market insights.
  • Manage POSM (Point of Sales Materials) deployment and maintenance.
  • Ensure stock replenishment and product availability at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and retail partners.
  • Prepare and submit regular merchandising reports, including photo documentation and market observations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with good communication skills.
  • Willing to travel within assigned territories.
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
