To be successful in this role, you will need to have
Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level / Diploma / Degree
· Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply.
· Preferably 2 year working experience.
· Required Skill(s): Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel) and basic accounting knowledge required
· Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.
· Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently
· Able to Speak and Write English, Bahasa Malaysia & Bahasa Mandarin as the role requires to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
You will play an important role, such as
. Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) and assist with supplier coordination
. Handle accounting data entry and record daily transactions (purchases & payments)
. File and maintain accounting and administrative documents accurately
. Update and manage company records and reports
. Assist in general office administrative tasks such as documentation, correspondence, and coordination
