Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest areas, rooms, and public spaces to ensure a comfortable and pleasant environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Clean and maintain guest rooms, restrooms, and public areas according to established standards.


• Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure all supplies are adequately replenished.


• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.


• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.


• Ensure proper use and care of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals.


• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.


• Assist in laundry tasks when required.


• Maintain confidentiality and respect guests' privacy.


• Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Requirements:


• Minimum SPM or equivalent.


• Prior experience in housekeeping is an advantage.


• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks.


• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.


• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
