Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage gas station staff to ensure efficient operations

  • Monitor sales and expenses to ensure profitability and implement strategies to increase revenue
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform cash management duties, including preparing deposits, reconciling cash drawers, and monitoring cash shortages or overages
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fuel pumps, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a gas station or related industry
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to handling fuel and other hazardous materials
  • Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of merchandise
  • Customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
