Tanggungjawab Utama (Job scope):1. Perancangan & Pelaksanaan KempenMerancang, melaksanakan, dan mengurus kempen iklan berbayar di TikTok Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), dan Google Ads.Menyelaraskan strategi dengan KPI seperti reach, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROAS, dan conversion rate.Mengurus bajet kempen dan jadual pelaksanaan supaya mencapai hasil optimum.2. Pengujian & Pengoptimuman (Optimisation)Melaksanakan A/B testing untuk creative, caption, audience, dan placement.Memantau prestasi kempen secara harian dan melakukan penyesuaian berdasarkan data (bidding strategy, ad fatigue management, frequency control).Mengekalkan ROAS target (4x–6x) bergantung industri dan objektif kempen.3. Tracking & AttributionMemastikan TikTok Pixel / Meta Pixel / Google Tag Manager berfungsi dengan betul.Memastikan semua event tracking (Purchase, AddToCart, Lead, ViewContent) berjalan dengan tepat.Memahami konsep attribution models (contoh: 7-day click, 1-day view).4. Analisis & PelaporanMenyediakan laporan mingguan dan bulanan dengan pecahan berdasarkan audience, placement, creative, dan funnel stage.Menganalisis metrik seperti:CTR (0.8%–1.5%)CPA (USD $20–$60)CPC (USD $0.15–$0.80)ROAS (4.0–8.0)View Rate (6s+) >40%Peningkatan mingguan purchases/leads 10–20%Memberi rekomendasi strategi tindakan kepada pihak pengurusan berdasarkan data prestasi.5. Kolaborasi & KandunganBekerjasama dengan pasukan kreatif untuk menghasilkan video ads dan copywriting yang menarik.Memberi input terhadap konsep kandungan dan hook angle untuk pelbagai niche pasaran.Kelayakan (Job Requirements)Diploma/Ijazah dalam Pemasaran, Komunikasi, Perniagaan, Data Analitik, atau Digital Media.0 – 3 tahun pengalaman dalam pemasaran digital atau pengurusan kempen berbayar (TikTok, Meta, atau Google Ads).Pengetahuan kukuh dalam TikTok Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, dan Google Ads Dashboard.Faham konsep funnel marketing, conversion tracking, attribution model, dan pixel setup.Kemahiran menganalisis data prestasi dan membuat keputusan berdasarkan metrik.Cekap menggunakan Excel/Google Sheets untuk laporan prestasi dan bajet.Kreatif, teliti, dan mempunyai semangat untuk belajar teknologi pemasaran baharu.Fasih dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris (bertulis & lisan).Job Type: Full-timePay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per monthBenefits:Meal providedOpportunities for promotionProfessional developmentWork Location: In person
