Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To ensure all official documentations for orders processing: PO, DO, INV, being accordingly prepared, processed & managed.
  • To lead the process of Market Return Stocks verification at respective Southern Region Distributors.
  • Monthly reporting updates on PO, CN, & operational progress for the assigned distributor accounts.
  • POD management includes sorting, matching and verifying for selected sales offices.
  • COSS, e-COSS & MKHMM documentation processing for KPDN HEP submission on monthly basis.
  • Monitoring Loscam & LHT pallets movement, transactions including pallet return collection & de-hiring.
  • To assist in banking matters including the process of defrayal cheques and payments from customers.
  • Quarterly StockTake & completing related task assigned by the head of Southern W&D Hub or the management accordingly.

Requirements

  • SPM/STPM/SKM/Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
