Talent Acquisition Executive (2–3 Years Experience)
Overview:
We're seeking a passionate and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-oriented, and creative in connecting with potential talents while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

- Full-Cycle Recruitment Expertise:
Solid understanding of the complete hiring process — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer management and onboarding.

- System & Process Management:
Experienced in using HR systems and digital tools to manage recruitment and onboarding efficiently.

Able to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously, while maintaining strong attention to detail and structured organization in every process.
- Communication & Relationship Building:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage and build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
