About the role 关于此岗位

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Executive to support our day-to-day operations. You will handle contract preparation, document control, data updates in our OA system, vendor invoice verification, payment preparation, and cross-department coordination. This role requires daily communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and accurate handling of bilingual (Mandarin/English) documentation.

我们正在寻找一位细心、主动的业务运营专员,支持公司的日常运营。您将负责合同与业务文件准备、文档管理、OA系统数据录入与更新、供应商单据核对与付款资料准备,以及跨部门协作。该职位需与中文客户进行日常沟通,并准确处理中英文双语文档。

What You'll Be Doing 您的工作内容
  • Prepare company information, contracts, and business documents according to client requirements; initiate internal approval processes.

    根据客户需求填写公司信息,准备合同及相关业务文件,并发起内部审批流程。
  • Record and update business data in the company's OA system to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.

    在公司内部OA系统录入、更新业务数据,确保信息准确、及时、完整。
  • Verify supplier invoices, prepare payment documentation, and communicate with relevant departments.

    核对供应商单据,准备供应商付款所需资料,并与相关部门保持沟通。
  • Organize sales documents and provide required files to Finance for revenue recognition and settlement.

    整理销售单据,为财务提供收入确认及结算所需的文件资料。
  • Maintain document control standards: filing, organizing, archiving contracts and business documents.

    负责合同及业务文件的备案、整理、归档,维护文档管理规范。
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager, such as translation and cross-department collaboration.

    完成领导安排的其他工作,如翻译及跨部门协作等任务。
What We're Looking For 我们的需求
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Trade, or related field.

    大专及以上学历,商科、管理或贸易类专业优先。
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations/admin, sales operations, or document control is preferred; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome.

    1–3年运营/行政、销售运营或文控相关经验优先;优秀应届毕业生亦可。
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Mandarin is a MUST due to daily communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and bilingual documentation.

    中英文听说读写熟练;因需与中文客户进行日常沟通并处理中英文文档,普通话为必需条件
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Procurement.
