Job Description

Candidates with 4-8 years of experience in OutSystems / System development and bonus experience in Azure Infrastructure would be preferred for this role. Additionally, candidates should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of developers.

  • OutSystems developers to deliver high-quality applications on time and within budget
  • Design and implement OutSystems applications based on business requirements and best practices
  • Develop custom reusable components to enhance application development and maintenance
  • Ensure code quality, security, and performance through code reviews, testing, and optimization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine application requirements and provide technical guidance to the team
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers and actively contribute to their growth and development
  • Manage the development life cycle from planning to deployment and ensure that project timelines are met
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the OutSystems platform and its capabilities to support the development of innovative solutions
  • Bonus: Have experience in Azure Infrastructure and be able to leverage it for hosting, deployment, and management of OutSystems applications
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in technology and software development
