Delivery SOP (DHL)

  1. Punch in di tempat kerja pada waktu pagi, waktu kerja ( 8am - sampai habis penghataran )

  2. Kiraan gaji atas parcel yang berjaya dihantar sahaja ( successful delivered )

  3. Buat sorting dan scanning, masukan parcel yang telah discan ke dalam kenderaan

  4. Melakukan penghantaran dengan megunakan app DHL (link akan diberi bila melapor diri ke hub untuk mula kerja), setiap penghantaran mesti mempunyai POD (Proof Of Delivery)

  5. Sebarang bungkusan COD (CASH ON DELIVERY), kutip duit (CASH) dari customer, sebelum memberikan parcel kepada customer, jika COD tidak dikutip tetapi parcel diserahkan kepada pelanggan dan berlaku sesuatu(hilang/ pecah/ customer tak nak bayar) pada bungkusan, pihak kurier akan bertanggungjawab, gaji akan ditolak dan akan diberi warning letter.

  6. Pada penghujung setiap hari bekerja, kurier mesti kembali ke hub untuk punch out, semua COD yang telah dikutip kena pastikan bank in ke account yang supervisor berikan samada CDM atau bank transfer

  7. Bungkusan yang tidak dihantar mesti diserahkan balik ke supervisor hub yang bertanggungjawab.

  9. Contract kerja akan dihantar melalui whatsapp

  10. Bayaran akan dibuat sebulan sekali

  11. Cut off/ pengiraan bayaran ikut date 15hb - 14hb(bulan seterusnya) dan akan dibayar hujung bulan. Contoh , bayaran akan dibuat hujung bulan 9)

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Courier: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Delivery driver: 1 year (Preferred)
