Job Description

• Manages the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. 
• Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. 
• Measures and communicates progress to leadership within committed time frames. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. 
• Work closely with client project teams to provide expertise (functional, technical, industry, tools/methods) to ensure successful solution design and delivery. 
• Research, gather and synthesize information 
• Responsible for end-to-end software development and support for all work transitioned from Group (which could be projects, quarterly change requests, L3 production fixes). This includes analysis and design to development, implementation, testing and support. Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. 
• Responsible for quality assurance of the team delivery in conformance to the Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools. 
• Partner closely with the Group domain team to plan and manage transitioned deliverables. 
• Accountable for delivery performance of our Technology Delivery Services 
• Provide supervision and guidance to both onshore and offshore teams to achieve the delivery targets. 
• Proactively explore and implement new practices and enablement to improve delivery efficiency and quality. 
• Act as Point-of-Contact to clients on delivery matters and facilitate client relationship building. 
• Proactively analyze, identify, prioritize and mitigate delivery risks for overall portfolio and specific delivery project. 

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years' experience. 
• Experience in various leadership roles. 
• Experience in a complex, global engineering and banking/ financial services organization. 
• Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal and presentation. 
• Experience delivering highly complex, global programs and projects. 
• Strong relationship management skills with executive stakeholders. 
• Deep and broad experience in corporate (Technologies). 
• Demonstrate experience and expertise in driving and managing large scale delivery project (for both Solution Delivery and Application Management projects). 
• Solid experience working with nearshore/offshore delivery teams, and knowledgeable about related methodology, tools, collaboration enablement, people management. 

Functional Skillsets: 

Data Lake, EDW, Data Mart, Data Integration  

Experience in implementing large scale data warehouse in financial services industry with good functional knowledge of products & services offered in Retail bank / Wholesale / Global Markets covering some of the following analytics domains: 

• Experience in solutioning and architecting data management system. E,g. Data profiling, Data modeling (3NF, Dimensional Modelling, conceptual model, logical model and physical model), Data mapping, Data governance & security, Data visualization & Reporting, Data linage, Metadata management. 
• Understanding of different data formats (parquet, JSON, CSV, etc), and data processing pattern. 
• Finance Analytics - Financial Reconciliation, Allocation, Performance Management & Regulatory Reporting 
• Credit Risk Analytics – Credit Risk Exposure, NPL, Counterparty Risk, Input variables for Basel & IFRS9 

Technical Skillsets: 

Technical/Data modelling/Data profiling skills in below technologies: 

• Teradata – FS-LDM, Teradata SQL, Viewpoint Teradata Studio, Teradata QueryGrid, Teradata MDM, Teradata Parallel Transporter (TPT), BTEQ, DataMover, Teradata Unity, Erwin data modelling. Analyse large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends and insights. 
• Informatica Data Integration – Design, architect, develop, and implement ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter (PC), Big Data Management (BDM), Informatica Metadata Management (MM), Informatica Data Quality (DQ), Informatica Data Replicator (IDR). 

Good to have: 

• Campaign Management System – Develop, design, implement and manage marketing campaigns. Managing end-to-end campaign operations, automations, and executions of campaign processes. Close campaign loop by tracking and analysing the performance of the campaigns, measuring the success and failure against KPIs. 
• Power BI/Qlik – Design, architect, develop, implement, and manage Power BI/Qlik dashboards and reports. 
• Cloudera Hadoop distribution – Design, architect, develop, implement, and manage Hadoop ecosystems (HDFS, Hive, Impala, Spark, PySpark, Scoop, etc). 
• Design, architect, develop, implement, and manage scripts using Python, and predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
