Chargeman

• To maintain and operate all electrical installation works as required by the Electricity Act in force in support of the production process and per prescribed Electrical Section Procedures Responsible for shift electrical maintenance of production and facilities equipment.
• Involves troubleshooting electrical problems and supervising maintenance and repairs.
• Responsible for overseeing facilities operations across Campus 1 and 2, with a shift structure of 4C2S and 4HC per shift. The role ensures the production cleanroom environment remains within specification and compliance, preventing out-of-spec (OOS) conditions and operational interruptions. Timely escalation to the Person-in-Charge (PIC) is required when necessary.
• Perform daily shift operation routines, including round readings and SOP PM checklist execution.
• Conduct walk-throughs in HT rooms for meter readings and inspect plant rooms for critical equipment such as chillers and air compressors.
• Monitor and control systems via BMS and SCADA; reset EMS alarms as needed.
• Accompany external parties (e.g., maintenance vendors, DOSH officers, auditors, TNB, BOMBA) for site activities as directed by supervisors or management.
• Respond to facility issues, troubleshoot power trips, perform root cause analysis, and escalate to PIC.
• Operate and test gensets, replace lighting fixtures, and convert to LED tubes.
• Perform LV 415V breaker switching and support HT 33/11kV transformer and switchgear maintenance.
• Understand single-line diagrams (SLD), protection relay settings, and read electrical AutoCAD drawings.
• Provide cleanroom environment monthly trending data extracted from the BMS system.
• Review electrical and mechanical checklists and ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
• Raise purchase requests for spare parts and lighting.
• Coordinate notifications and manage complaint requests (digital power apps).
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities as needed.
• Other task as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:-

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or any Engineering field.
• 1–2 years of experience in facilities or cleanroom environments.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems (e.g., chiller, cooling tower, MAU, AHU, air compressor).
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) is an added advantage.
