- This position has the primary function of ensuring that equipment downtime is kept to a minimum.**Key Responsibilities**
- Performs building maintenance as required, i.e. painting, plumbing repairs, etc.
- Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on facilities equipment, i.e. air compressor, process water system, fire suppression system, HVAC, electrical, etc.
- Will work from rough sketches and drawings.
- Performs installation and reconfiguration on cubicles and office fixtures.
- Communicates any concerns about work process regarding environmental impact, health or safety issues to their Manager.
- Responsible for identifying, sourcing and replenishment of all equipment spares.
- Take responsibility for preventative maintenance procedures with an assigned process or area.
- Responsible to monitor the BMS system, record any abnormalities and highlight to supervisor

- Fresh graduate encourages to apply.
- Required skill(s): troubleshooting, problem solving, leadership, Chargeman certificate ( min AO) issued by Suruhan Jaya Tenaga.
