As a
Service Sales Engineer
, you will be responsible for driving service sales across the company's entire product range — ensuring customers receive the right service packages, maintenance support, and long-term equipment solutions. This is a customer-facing role requiring both
technical competency
and
commercial acumen
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage service sales for products such as compressors, vacuum pumps, air dryers, nitrogen/oxygen generators, blowers, industrial tools, and portable power equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, especially within semiconductor and electronics manufacturing.
  • Develop service proposals, maintenance contracts, spare parts packages, and upgrade solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Conduct customer visits to assess equipment conditions, service requirements, and operational challenges.
  • Work closely with service engineers, field technicians, and internal sales teams to deliver comprehensive service solutions.
  • Track service sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and update management on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Provide technical and service-related education to customers when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields).
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, service sales, or industrial equipment servicing.
  • Strong understanding of industrial equipment such as air compressors, vacuum systems, generators, or similar machinery.
  • MANDARIN SPEAKING
    – highly preferred to support Chinese-speaking semiconductor customers.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to travel locally to customer sites when required.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
