Sales & Service Engineer ( based in Prai/Penang/Kulim)

Job Description

Sales & Service Engineer will report to Operations / Service Manager to assist in the following :

  1. To plan, execute operation and service team
  2. To observe, identify, analyse, trouble shoot and solve technical problems
  3. To provide technical support
  4. To communicate with customers efficiently
  5. To conduct site visit / site evaluation upon enquiries and able to understand the

    requirement and scope of works thoroughly.
  6. To prepare costing, sourcing and quotation for servicing jobs.
  7. To liaise with clients, contractors, government agencies, local authorities and

    suppliers.
  8. To execute and/or assist in project installation & commissioning
  9. To prepare service/technical evaluation report such as 8D, Fish-Bone, Why-Why

    Analysis.
  10. Other duties assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS1. Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in related engineering fields. This position is

open to Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical & Civil Engineering.

2. With at least 2 – 3 years experience in related field

3. Competency in Certified Environmental Professional in the Operation of IETS

(CePIETSO – PCP) is a valued added advantage

4. Able to work under tight deadline or pressure and able to work under minimal

supervision.

5. Self-initiative and independent to work.

6. Knowledge in AutoCAD , Microsoft Office, project management, and etc.

7. Preferable candidate with a pleasant personality and customer-oriented mindset.

8. Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

9. Good skill in communicating, reporting and report-writing.

10. Possess own transport

11. Willing to travel and station at site.
