Locations: Shah Alam or Penang

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tenure: 1-Year Contract (Convertible to Permanent based on Performance)

Reports To: Shah Alam: Deputy General Manager/ Penang: Branch Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven Sales Engineer (E&E) to join our dynamic team You will play a key role in driving sales growth, engaging clients, and providing technical support across our product portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer engagement in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and execute sales and marketing activities within your assigned territory.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, proposals, and quotations to achieve sales targets.
  • Educate and advise customers on product features and applications.
  • Conduct site visits, demonstrations, and technical consultations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and ensure timely debt collection.
  • Submit regular sales and marketing performance reports.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, Photonics Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in telecommunications, engineering, and electronics & electrical (E&E) industries.
  • Proficient in
    English and Mandarin
    (spoken & written).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must own a personal vehicle and be willing to travel.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
