Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Engineers to ensure successful client engagement and solution delivery.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals and drive market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and engage in strategic discussions with clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Sales Engineering Manager Should Have

  • A degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a Sales Engineering leadership role.
  • Strong background in semiconductor testing or manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or DraftSight.
  • A passion for mentoring and team development.
