  1. Assistant Sales Engineer (RM7K-RM9K)

  2. Senior Sales Engineer (RM5K-RM7K)

  3. Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Management of sales members with good leadership skills.

Find real problems and develop a proper way to resolute challenges effectively.

Key business discussion with customers including management level.

Progress management to achieve/exceed sales targets.

Market analysis to develop and execute sales strategies to promote products.

Advise and train sales members for them to develop better sales performance.

Requirements:-

1. Candidates must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

2. Candidate should possess strong communication skills, capable of delivering clear and concise messages to both customers and team members.

3. Demonstrate proficiency in the following languages English, Mandarin and local dialect.

4. Good team spirit. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.

5. Independence and Proactivity. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently and proactively, taking ownership of assigned tasks and completing them with integrity and diligence.

6. Candidate should have management skills.

Minimum Experience:Min 3 years of experience as management (Manager/AM or similar) in sales in semiconductorrelated industry. Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies will be added advantage

Minimum Qualification:Diploma/Degree from any field

  1. Senior Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor the customer service team, demonstrating strong leadership and people management skills.

2. Possess strong strategic analysis and effective problem-solving skills

3. Manage key customers and having account management skills, including building strong relationship engagement

4. Conduct market analysis to develop and execute sales strategies for product promotion.

5. Provide support to the team member/manager's duties and act on their behalf when necessary, during their absence

Requirements:-

1. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

2. Possess strong communication skills, capable of delivering clear and concise messages to both customers and internal team members.

3. Multilingual proficiency in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and local dialect (added advantage)

4. Demonstrate good team spirit, with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.

5. Independent and proactivity by taking ownership of assigned tasks and completing them with integrity and diligence.

6. Having people management skills would be advantageous.

Minimum Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in sales engineeringin semiconductor related industry. Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) companies will be added advantage.
