What you'll be doing?
  • Drive sales growth: Achieve sales targets set by the company through proactive prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Strategic planning: Generate weekly activity plans and CRM sales reports to optimize your sales approach.
  • Market intelligence: Monitor and provide feedback on market trends to inform company strategy.
  • Client support: Deliver comprehensive pre- and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product expertise: Conduct tailored product presentations based on client applications and needs.
  • Event management: Facilitate seminars, workshops, roadshows, and exhibitions to showcase WAGO solutions.
  • Relationship building: Maintain and expand customer relationships, generating new accounts and opportunities.
Who are they looking for?
  • Technical background: Hold a Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification to understand and communicate complex product features.
  • Sales experience: Bring 1-2 years of experience in industrial sales, with knowledge of process, factory, or building automation being advantageous.
  • Self-motivated: Demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to work independently to achieve sales goals.
  • Communication skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Mobility: Have a valid driving license and own vehicle to facilitate client visits and market coverage.
  • Language proficiency: Communicate fluently in English to engage effectively with a diverse client base and international team.
