Position : Ecommerce Media Manager - Japan Market

Key requirements:

  • Fluency in Japanese and English
    (written & spoken).
  • Amazon Ads Certification
    (mandatory).
  • Hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads (Search & DSP)
    – this role will be in-house and directly responsible for building and owning the Amazon media strategy, including budget ownership, brand positioning, campaign execution and optimization.
  • At least
    8 years of experience in media strategy
    , ideally within leading international brands such as Reckitt, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Lego, or companies of similar caliber.
  • Potential good fit : high-performing
    Marketing Lead
    or
    E-commerce Digital Specialist
    with a strong brand perspective, capable of shaping long-term strategies and driving impactful campaigns.
  • Candidates from top consulting firms or agencies who have evolved into strategic roles could also be a strong fit.
  • Based in
    Bangsar
    , acting as the single point of contact, partnering closely with a Media Operations Specialist in Hyderabad to set up and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with Shopify or Lazada is common in the region but
    not sufficient
    ;
    deep knowledge of Amazon is critical
    to succeed in this role.
