Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Prepare drawings and quotations for projects, arrange and liaise with the team to procure items for projects and managing deliveries.
  • Administrative Support: Assist project managers with scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and maintaining project plans.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure everyone is informed and aligned on project goals and progress.
  • Resource Management: Monitor resource availability and allocation to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role is beneficial.
  • Software: Proficient in  Auto Cad, Sketch up, Vrays, 3D drawings, and Microsoft Applicatons will be a definite advantage;
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and tools to facilitate project tracking and documentation.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop solutions proactively.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High level of integrity drives and result oriented;
  • Applicants should be Malaysian Citizens.
