About the role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Project Coordinator to join JS Cityscape Sdn. Bhd., a leading company in the Information & Communication Technology industry. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects within our Selangor-based operations. What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinating and monitoring the progress of multiple projects to ensure timely completion and delivery
  2. Liaising with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and clients, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  3. Assisting in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets
  4. Identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues that may arise during project execution
  5. Providing regular updates and reports to project stakeholders on the status of ongoing initiatives
  6. Supporting the overall project management process by performing administrative tasks and documentation
  7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  4. Proficient in the use of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Trello
  5. A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  6. Experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  7. Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
