Role Description

At , the Product Team is pivotal to our company's success. We are looking for an experienced and technically adept Senior Technical Product Manager to drive the evolution of our Channels, Integrations & Product Partnerships domain.

This role requires a striking balance of strategic thinking and technical execution. You will own the product lifecycle for integration-driven initiatives, manage technical partnerships, and uphold high delivery standards within the team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external product partners to ensure that continues to scale its ecosystem of world-class integrations and maintain operational excellence across product and projects.

This position is ideal for a hands-on aspiring or proven technical product leader who thrives in complex, API-driven ecosystems and can balance execution rigor with long-term product vision.

Responsibilities

  • Co-own the Integrations & Product Partnerships domain with the Group PM — ensuring strategy, roadmap clarity, and execution excellence.

  • Own and deliver product (technical and non-technical) initiatives end-to-end: discovery → PRD → execution → validation → measurement.

  • Oversee the technical lifecycle of integrations, ensuring scalable architecture and strong partner alignment.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to launch features and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Product Partnership team and cross-functional internal teams to turn partner requirements into actionable product plans.

  • Serve as the technical product expert for integrations, APIs, and system design.

  • Ensure delivery excellence with documentation, validation, and QA collaboration.

  • Track and analyze integration adoption, usage, and impact metrics.

  • Represent Product and in product partner discussions to ensure smooth implementation.

  • Maintain and evolve product delivery standards: Timely, ****high quality, reliability, and user experience.

  • Provide technical insight and mentorship to peers and junior PMs, supporting a culture of clarity, speed, and rigor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior or Principal Product Manager, Product Owner, or equivalent technical role in a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
  • Proven success in owning or leading API-driven products or integration ecosystems with measurable business or user impact.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to evaluate API documentation, system architecture, and integration feasibility.
  • Hands-on experience in driving integration-based or partner-enabled initiatives, collaborating closely with engineering and partnership teams.
  • Solid understanding of modern product management practices, including discovery, prioritization, and agile delivery.
  • Analytical and data-fluent, capable of defining KPIs, interpreting metrics, and making data-informed prioritization decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, aligning cross-functional teams and maintaining high standards without direct authority.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, able to balance technical depth with strategic communication.
  • Customer-focused and insight-driven mindset, with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative inputs into actionable improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills, ensuring clarity and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
