Tender & Pre-Contract Management
- Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities via vendor portals, e-Perolehan, CIDB, JKR, private developer websites, and other channels.
- Review tender advertisements, documents, drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and instructions to determine eligibility, scope, and requirements.
- Conduct initial evaluation of tender feasibility, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain quotations, pricing details, and technical clarifications.
- Prepare tender cost comparison sheets, pricing analysis, and tender summaries for management review and approval.
- Compile, coordinate, and prepare complete tender submissions including technical, commercial, and pricing documents.
- Ensure all tender documents are accurate, compliant, complete, and submitted within the required deadlines.
- Maintain and update tender registers, logs, and filing systems for proper documentation control.
- Prepare meeting minutes, correspondence, follow-up reports, and document transmittals related to the tender process.
- Assist and support the Contract Manager and Management on all tender- and pre-contract-related matters.
Contract Administration & Document Control
- Assist in preparing Letter of Award (LOA), work orders, contract agreements, and subcontractor documentation upon tender award.
- Coordinate the handover of tender documents to the Project Team for project commencement.
- Maintain proper document control procedures including version control, electronic filing, and documentation tracking.
- Update and manage contract records, project documentation, tender logs, and correspondence files.
